  • Remarks: The subject was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants with a red stripe down the legs, red baseball cap, dark-colored shoes, and a multi-colored face mask, and had a tattoo on his neck.


At approximately 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2020, the subject entered the Bank of America branch located at 2118 Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he approached the counter and handed a demand note to a teller. When the teller asked what he wanted, he made a verbal threat and demand for money. When the teller fled the counter area, the subject fled the bank empty-handed.


A reward is being offered for information leading to this subject’s capture.
