- Remarks: The subject had a scruffy black beard. He was wearing a black puffy winter jacket, black skull cap, and dark-colored pants.
CAUTION
On December 28, 2019, at approximately 10:58 a.m., the subject entered the Santander Bank branch located at 1616 Walnut Street in Center City. He approached the counter and presented a demand note to a teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank on foot. He was last seen heading east on Walnut.
