- Height: Approximately 5'2" to 5'5"
- Sex: Male
- Build: Medium to Heavy
- Race: Black
- Remarks: The subject had a full black beard and mustache. He was wearing a black jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, and dark sunglasses.
CAUTION
On January 17, 2020, at approximately 1:21 p.m., the subject entered the Santander Bank branch located at 1616 Walnut Street in Center City. He approached the counter, presented a demand note to a teller, then verbally demanded money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank on foot.
