  • Remarks: The subject had a black beard and mustache. He was wearing a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt with a white shirt underneath, black baseball cap, gold-rimmed aviator sunglasses, and carried a black backpack.
  • Vehicle Information: The subject fled the area of the bank on a mountain bike, and was last seen heading east on the 900 block of East Erie Avenue.


On Monday, December 16, 2019, at approximately 2:10 p.m., the subject entered the PNC Bank branch located at 1001 East Erie Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He presented a threatening demand note to a teller, then verbally threatened to blow up the bank. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the bank.


A reward is being offered for information leading to this subject’s capture.
