  • Remarks: The subject was wearing a gray polo shirt, khaki pants, camouflage cap with white Liberty Bell on the front, and black sneakers, and carrying a blue string bag.


On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at approximately 4:38 p.m., the subject entered the PNC Bank branch located at 1511 Walnut Street in Center City. He approached the counter and presented a threatening demand note to a teller. The note referenced a bomb, though no device was physically displayed. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank on foot.


A reward is being offered for information leading to this subject’s capture.
