DESCRIPTION

  • Height: 5'6" to 5'8"
  • Sex: Male
  • Build: Medium
  • Race: White
  • Remarks: The subject had a brown beard and wore glasses, black gloves, and a bicycle helmet with a baseball cap underneath.
  • Weapon Used: The subject displayed what appeared to be an explosive device either on himself or in a bag.

CAUTION

On April 17, 2019, at approximately 12:22 p.m., an unidentified Caucasian male robbed the Oritani bank located at 177 Kinderkamack Road in Park Ridge, New Jersey.  The subject entered the bank and stated he had a bomb inside a blue bag, which resembled a pizza delivery bag.  The subject made all the tellers go into the vault area and had one teller put an undisclosed amount of money in a blue bag.  He fled the scene.  The subject had a brown beard, wore glasses, a bicycle helmet with a baseball cap underneath, a gray sweatshirt and black gloves.

 

On January 24, 2019, at approximately 4:25 p.m., an unidentified Caucasian male robbed the Chase Bank located at 1581 Route 202 in Pomona, New York.  The subject entered the front of the bank with a box in hand that he claimed had explosives in it.  He then specifically demanded cash secured in the back of the bank.  The suspect exited through the back with an undisclosed amount of money.  He wore a blue vest with a hood over his head, partial ski mask, red face paint and dark clothing.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of this individual.
