CAUTION
On May 17, 2019, at approximately 4:28 p.m, the subject entered the TD Bank branch located at 8600 Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She approached the counter and presented a demand note to a teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank on foot.
