DESCRIPTION

  • Height: 5'10" to 5'11"
  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Black
  • Age: 40 to 45 years old
  • Remarks: The unknown suspect was last seen wearing all black clothing, to include: black sunglasses and a black mask covering the majority of his face. He carried a black bag over his shoulders. The suspect has also been observed wearing a long-sleeved tan shirt and tan pants, a black hat, black sunglasses, and black gloves. He has also carried a black bag, which was draped over his neck.
  • Weapon Used: Black semi-automatic handgun

CAUTION

On April 16, 2019, at 1:28 p.m., the unknown suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 12641 North Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix, Arizona. The unknown suspect approached a teller and presented a demand note while brandishing a handgun. The teller complied and gave the suspect a known amount of money, after which the suspect fled the bank.

On June 12, 2019, at 11:24 a.m., the same unknown suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 13015 North Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix, Arizona.  The unknown suspect brandished a black semiautomatic handgun and demanded money from multiple tellers.  The tellers complied and gave the suspect a known amount of money, after which the suspect fled the bank.

On July 12, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., the same unknown suspect entered the Chase Bank located at 15415 North 65th Place in Phoenix, Arizona.  The unknown suspect approached a teller, brandished a semiautomatic handgun and demanded money.  When the teller was not complying as fast as the unknown suspect wanted, the suspect sprayed gasoline on the bandit barrier of the teller station.  The suspect fled the bank with a known amount of money.

Wells Fargo, a non-governmental organization, is offering a reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of this individual. The FBI has no involvement in the administration of this reward or any of its governing terms or conditions.
