  • Height: Approximately 6'0"
  • Weight: Approximately 250 to 275 pounds
  • Sex: Male
  • Build: Large
  • Race: White
  • Age: Approximately 60 years old
  • Remarks: The suspect was wearing a tan trench coat, light tan leather gloves, a yellow baseball cap with an unknown insignia, a wig, and a close-fitting mask that resembled skin. He entered the bank carrying a cane and walking with a limp. When he left the bank he did not appear to limp.
  • Vehicle Information: The suspect was last seen leaving the bank in a Ford F-150 (circa early 2000s) maroon in color with tan lower. At the time of the robbery, the back window of the truck displayed a bumper sticker with the words, "Beware Of The Dog."
  • Weapon Used: The suspect used a handgun. He also displayed a device strapped to his body under his clothes that he said was a bomb.


On February 1, 2019, an unknown male suspect robbed the Five Star Bank located at 284 East Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood, New York. At approximately 4:30 p.m., the suspect entered the bank and conducted a "takeover-style" robbery and directed all employees into one room at gunpoint. The suspect fled the bank in a circa early 2000s Ford F-150 maroon (with tan lower) truck and headed south. The bank is located approximately 10 miles north of the New York/Pennsylvania border. Law enforcement believes it is possible the suspect drove into Pennsylvania.
