UNKNOWN ARMED BANK ROBBER

DESCRIPTION

  • Sex: Male
  • Complexion: Light to medium brown
  • Age: 20s to 30s
  • Remarks: The subject was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, black face mask, and white fishing hat.
  • Weapon Used: The subject brandished a black handgun with a silver barrel, and left behind an item he said was a bomb. It was later determined to be a hoax device.

CAUTION

Around noon on Monday, December 19, 2017, the armed subject entered the Malvern Federal Savings Bank branch located at 940 Baltimore Pike in Glen Mills, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He pointed a gun at a teller and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank, leaving behind an item he said was a bomb.
