UNKNOWN ARMED BANK ROBBER

DESCRIPTION

  • Height: Approximately 6'0"
  • Weight: Approximately 180 to 200 pounds
  • Sex: Male
  • Build: Thin
  • Race: Black
  • Remarks: The subject was wearing a black ski mask concealing his face, black coat, light gray or white hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and gloves, and was carrying a dark-colored duffel bag.
  • Weapon Used: The subject’s weapon was a wood-grain rifle with a white strap.

CAUTION

At approximately 6:51 p.m., on December 8, 2017, the subject entered the Citizens Bank branch located at 7248 Rising Sun Avenue and approached the teller counter. Brandishing a rifle, he verbally demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash and placing it his duffel bag, the subject exited the bank. He fled through a hole in the chain-link fence at the southwest corner of the bank's parking lot, heading west across an adjacent parking lot and crossing Oakley Street. He continued west through the parking lot of the former Pathmark store, and was last seen heading towards nearby railroad tracks.
