  • Remarks: The subject was wearing a red short-sleeved t-shirt, tan pants, and white shoes, and had a dark-colored garment tied around his waist.


On August 28, 2017, at approximately 11:18 a.m., the subject entered the Santander Bank branch located at 1616 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and approached the counter. He implied that he had a weapon and verbally demanded money from a teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the area of the bank on foot, and was last seen heading west on Walnut Street.


There is a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
