CAUTION

On September 1, 2017, an armed unknown white male subject entered the Citizens Bank and Trust located in the 12000 block of Olivers Way in Chester, Virginia. The unknown male subject, armed with a handgun, approached two victim tellers and demanded money. Both victim tellers complied and the subject exited the bank fleeing on foot. The subject is described as a white male, approximately 30 years of age, between 5'6" and 5'8", and 150 pounds with short brown hair and a scruffy beard/facial hair; wearing jeans, a black t-shirt, a camouflage baseball cap, and bright orange gloves. The subject also wore panty hose over his face.

REWARD

The Richmond Division of the FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and conviction of the individual responsible for this crime.
