DESCRIPTION

  • Height: Approximately 6'0"

  • Complexion: Dark
  • Race: Black
  • Age: 50s
  • Remarks: The subject is missing his lower front teeth. He was wearing a dark brown pinstriped suit, white collared dress shirt, black tie, dark-colored dress shoes, round sunglasses, and a tan flat cap.
  • Vehicle Information: The subject is believed to have fled the first robbery scene in an older-model gray Chevy four-door vehicle.

CAUTION

This subject is wanted for two bank robberies in less than an hour on the afternoon of September 12, 2017.

At approximately 3:17 p.m., the subject entered the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union branch located at 5000 Baltimore Avenue in Philadelphia. He made a verbal threat, claiming he was in possession of a bomb and a gun, and demanded money from a teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the bank on foot. He was seen heading west on Willow Avenue, and is then believed to have entered and fled the area in a older-model gray Chevy four-door vehicle.

At approximately 3:53 p.m., the subject entered the Prudential Savings Bank branch located at 1722 South Broad Street in Philadelphia. Claiming to have a bomb, he verbally demanded money from a teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the bank on foot in an unknown direction.

No weapons were displayed or seen in his possession at either robbery scene.
