  • Remarks: The subject was wearing the black clothing favored by some Muslim women, a green scarf covering her head, black gloves, and gold-framed dark sunglasses. She was carrying a medium-sized navy blue purse with a brown strap.


On September 18, 2017, at approximately 10:18 a.m., the subject entered the Citizens Bank branch located at 2540 South 24th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She approached the counter and showed a demand note to a teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, she fled the area of the bank on foot, heading east on Porter and then north up the alley behind the U.S. Post Office located on the 2400 block of South 23rd Street.


There is a reward for information leading to this subject's capture.
