DESCRIPTION

  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Black
  • Remarks: The suspect is described as an approximately 30-40 year old, dark skinned Black male, 5' 8" tall, with a heavy build, light facial hair and gold in and around his teeth. He wore sunglasses, a black t-shirt, and a white ball cap with a team name or symbol and a purple bill. The suspect brandished a black with silver compact semi-automatic handgun.
  • Weapon Used: The suspect brandished a black with silver compact semi-automatic handgun.

CAUTION

On August 3, 2017, a Black male entered Regions Bank, located at 412 Mulberry Street, in Waterloo, Iowa. The suspect produced a semi-automatic pistol and demanded money from the teller. The suspect then left the bank on foot.
