On August 12, 2017, at approximately 1:48 p.m., an unidentified Black male robbed the IBC Bank located at 2301 North Portland Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The suspect approached a teller, withdrew a firearm from his waistband which he pointed at the teller, and demanded money. When the teller replied that he didn't have any, the suspect moved to the next teller and repeated his demand for money. The teller complied and the suspect put the cash in a small white garbage bag with a red drawstring. The suspect fled the bank on a blue and white motorcycle.
