On Monday, June 19, 2017, at approximately 11:14 a.m., a male subject robbed the PNC Bank located at 1779 Columbia Road, NW in Washington, DC. The subject entered the bank, approached the victim teller, and verbally demanded money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the subject fled the bank on foot.


The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of this individual.

The FBI/MPD Violent Crimes Task Force is investigating this robbery and requests that anyone with information call the FBI at 202-278-2000 or MPD's tip line at 202-727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the police department's TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
