  • Height: Approximately 6'2"
  • Sex: Male
  • Build: Large
  • Race: Black
  • Age: Late 30s to early 40s
  • Remarks: At the time of the robberies, the subject had a goatee, and was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black Nike "puffer" vest, faded blue jeans, and a dark-colored baseball cap with yellow brim.
  • Scars and Marks: The subject appears to have a tattoo on the left side of his neck.


On April 19, 2017, at approximately 11:13 a.m., the subject entered the Bank of America branch located at 1841 East Allegheny Avenue.  After showing a demand note to a teller, he verbally threatened to blow up the bank if the teller did not comply.  Shortly thereafter, the subject fled the bank empty-handed.  About an hour later, the subject entered the Beneficial Bank branch located at 1411 Rhawn Street and showed a demand note to a teller.  After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject exited the bank.  He got into a black Germantown Taxi cab, fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.


There is a reward for information leading to this subject's capture.
