  • Remarks: The suspect had red shoulder-length hair or wig and wore heavy makeup on her face, including dark brown or black lipstick. The suspect wore a black stocking cap, a red coat, blue jeans, gray shoes, and was carrying a large flower print bag from her left shoulder.


On March 22, 2017, at approximately 4:32 p.m., the First National Bank located at 515 Eastern Boulevard, Essex, Maryland, was robbed by a female who approached the victim teller, presented a demand note which stated the suspect was armed with an gun and explosives, and fled with an undetermined amount of US currency and a GPS tracker. The tracker activated, indicating the suspect fled the area in an unknown automobile. The tracker was found on the side of the road about a half mile from the bank along the route of flight.


The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information which leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of the subject of this investigation.
