UNKNOWN SERIAL BANK ROBBER
- Vehicle Information: Older model white 4-door sedan
On January 30, 2017, at approximately 1:34 p.m., Suspect 1 entered the Amtrust bank located at 8764 E. Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale. She approached the teller counter, displayed a demand note, was given US Currency, and fled the bank to a vehicle in the parking lot being driven by Suspect 2.
Suspect 1 was described as a Black female, 30 years old, 5’0" to 5’2” tall, 160 pounds, heavy build, black straight shoulder length hair, wearing sunglasses, a red long-sleeved t-shirt, dark colored pants, and black/grey/white tennis shoes. There was no description of Suspect 2 who was driving the car.
On February 11, 2017, at approximately 11:08 a.m., the suspect entered the Amtrust Bank located at 2975 W. Ray Road in Chandler. She proceeded to the teller counter where she displayed a robbery demand note which threatened a weapon. The teller gave the suspect U.S. Currency and she fled the bank and was not located.
The suspect was described as a Black female, 35 to 42 years old, 5’2” tall, 220 pounds, and was seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark sunglasses, dark golfer hat, black pants and grey slip-on shoes with a white sole and was carrying a large dark purse.
On February 15, 2017, at approximately 12 p.m., the suspect entered the Bank of America located at 8750 E. Raintree Drive in Scottsdale. She proceeded to the teller counter where she produced a robbery demand note which also threatened a gun. The teller gave the suspect U.S. Currency and then fled the bank in an unknown direction of travel.
The suspect was described as a Black female, 35 to 40 years old, 5’3” tall, 180 pounds, black hair, and was seen wearing large sunglasses, a blue long-sleeved blouse, dark-colored pants, slip-on shoes with white soles, and was carrying a black purse with leopard print trim on the bottom.
On February 16, 2017, at approximately 1:18 p.m., the suspect entered the Chase Bank located at 1744 E. Southern Avenue in Tempe. She proceeded to the teller counter and inquired about a business account and then handed the teller a robbery demand note which also threatened a weapon. The teller complied and gave the suspect U.S. Currency and she fled the bank and was not located.
The suspect was described as a Black female, 35 to 40 years old, 5’3” tall, 220 pounds, black hair, wearing a long black wig, brown sunglasses, puffy small eyes, wearing a white t-shirt or sweater and blue jeans.
