  • Race: Black
  • Remarks: Suspect #1: Black male, 6’0”, thin build, wearing all black clothes, Hoodie up, cargo pants, dark mask, armed with a semi-automatic handgun with a silver slide. Suspect #2: Black male, 5’9” to 5’10”, approximately 135 pounds, dark mask, black gloves, black hoodie and pants. No weapon seen with this suspect. He handed the victim teller a plastic bag to place money into. Suspect #3: Black female, 5’2”, heavy build, all black clothing shirt, pants, gloves. Dark blue bandana with white design. No weapon seen in her possession.
  • Vehicle Information: All three suspects left the bank in a black Ford four-door vehicle bearing Texas license plate FYC 4565, east on E. Skelly Drive. The Ford was parked in front of the bank. The vehicle was reported stolen on November 17, 2015, with the Tulsa Police Department.
  • Weapon Used: Black Handgun with a silver slide.


Two (2) unidentified Black males and one (1) unidentified Black female entered IBC Bank, 5302 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74135. The suspects who entered the business pointed a semi-automatic handgun with a silver-colored slide at bank employees and customers. Money was collected from each of the tellers and put into a plastic shopping bag.


The Oklahoma Bankers Association, a non-governmental organization, is offering a reward up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for robbing a member bank. The FBI has no involvement in the administration of this reward or any of its governing terms or conditions.
