  • Remarks: The suspect was described as wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, black shorts, a black doo-rag covering her hair, and sunglasses.
  • Weapon Used: The unidentified female lifted her shirt to reveal a semi-automatic handgun in the front left side of her waistband. The semi-automatic handgun was described as having a silver and black striped grip with a black slide and barrel.


At approximately 11:00 a.m. on July 28, 2015, one unidentified Black female entered the front glass doors at International Bank of Commerce (IBC) Bank, 5302 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74135. The female approached and handed a demand note and cream-colored cloth bag to the bank teller. The female then lifted her shirt to reveal a semi-automatic handgun in the front left side of her waistband. The female walked out of the lobby and was last seen running out of the business to the west then south along a concrete fence. No vehicles were seen or identified.


The Oklahoma Bankers Association, a non-governmental organization, is offering a reward up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for robbing a member bank. The FBI has no involvement in the administration of this reward or any of its governing terms or conditions.
