DESCRIPTION

  • Height: Approximately 5'8" to 5'9"
  • Sex: Male
  • Build: Medium to Large
  • Race: Black
  • Age: 40s
  • Remarks: The subject had a scraggly black and gray beard. On September 4, he was wearing a white short-sleeved t-shirt, dark-colored shorts, black and white basketball sneakers, eyeglasses, and a blue Phillies cap. On August 19, he wore an off-white Rocawear polo shirt with pink and blue stripes, blue jeans, eyeglasses, and a blue knit kufi hat.

CAUTION

This subject is wanted for the September 4, 2016, robbery of the TD Bank branch located at 111 South 11th Street. At approximately 1:35 p.m., he entered the bank and presented a demand note to a teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the area of the bank, and was last seen heading east on Chestnut Street.

This subject is believed also responsible for the August 19, 2016, robbery of the Hyperion Bank branch located at 199 West Girard Avenue, and the attempted robbery 40 minutes earlier of the Citizens Bank branch located at 6201 North 5th Street.
