DESCRIPTION

  • Height: 5’7” to 5’9”
  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Black
  • Remarks: The subject was described as a Black male. He was described as wearing dark sunglasses, a black baseball cap with a Redskins logo, a black mask that covered the lower half of his face, a grey t-shirt with a Redskins logo and “Redskins Football” on the front, dark pants and black and white New Balance tennis shoes.

CAUTION

On Monday, July 25, 2016, at approximately 12:55 p.m., a male subject robbed the PNC Bank located at 4100 South Capitol Street, S.E., in Washington, D.C. The subject entered the bank, approached the victim teller and demanded money via a note. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the subject fled the bank on foot.

REWARD

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of this bank robber.

The FBI/MPD Violent Crimes Task Force is investigating this robbery and requests that anyone with information call the FBI at 202-278-2000 or MPD’s tip line at 202-727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the police department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
