  • Remarks: Suspect wore wire rimmed glasses, short sleeved tan button up fishing shirt with vent in back, dark shorts, and flip flops.
  • Scars and Marks: Large mole on right cheek
  • Vehicle Information: Dark Chevrolet Trailblazer.

CAUTION

On June 23, 2016, the Bank of the Ozarks, 5910 Arkansas 5 North, Bryant, Arkansas, was robbed. The suspect showed teller victim a note indicating he was being held hostage and that he had an explosive device under his shirt. After receiving cash, the suspect kept the note, wiped off a counter that he briefly touched, and used a bag to open the bank door upon entry and departure . Suspect is believed to have fled the area in a dark Chevrolet Trailblazer. At approximately 12:30 p.m., on the same date, the suspect robbed the Petit Jean State Bank, 1620 University Avenue, Morrilton, Arkansas, utilizing the same "M.O." (modus operandi) as the robbery of the Bank of the Ozarks. Suspect also committed robberies in Knoxville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Greenboro, NC; and Oklahoma City.
