  • Remarks: The subject wears eyeglasses, and has a salt and pepper scruffy beard and some missing upper teeth. He wore dark-colored jackets and baseball caps for both robberies.


This subject is wanted for the February 10, 2016, robbery of the Republic Bank branch located at 1818 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the May 2, 2016, robbery of the Republic Bank branch at 1601 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Both robberies took place at about 9:15 a.m. Each time, the subject entered the bank, approached a teller and made a verbal demand for money.  After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank.


There is a reward for information leading to this subject's capture.
