DESCRIPTION

  • Height: 5'8" to 5'9"
  • Sex: Male
  • Build: Medium
  • Hair: Brown
  • Race: White
  • Age: 30s to 40s
  • Remarks: In each of the four robberies, the subject has worn a baseball cap and black sunglasses; he also favors hooded sweatshirts, dark-colored t-shirts, basketball shorts, and sneakers. He has been described as unshaven, with facial stubble.

This subject is believed responsible for four robberies in Center City Philadelphia:

July 27, 2015 – Beneficial Bank, 1600 Chestnut Street

October 7, 2015 – Republic Bank, 1601 Walnut Street

March 18, 2016 – Firstrust Bank, 1515 Market Street

June 30, 2016 - Wells Fargo Bank, 2005 Market Street

In each robbery, he has handed a teller a demand note, and, after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, fled the area of the bank.
