CAUTION

On April 4, 2016, at approximately 5:09 p.m., the suspect entered the US Bank located at 4329 West Northern Avenue in Glendale, Arizona. He approached the teller counter, displayed a demand note and was given US currency by the teller. The suspect was described as a White male, 25 to 30 years old, 5’7”, 160 pounds, mustache/goatee, wearing black hooded jacket, black pants, Seattle Mariners baseball cap black with green visor, and black frame sunglasses with gold reflective lenses.

 

On April 6, 2016, at approximately 4:05 p.m., the suspect entered the Mid First Bank located at 17025 N. 7th Street in Phoenix.  He approached the teller counter and simulated a weapon with his right hand in his jacket pocket.  He verbally demanded money from two tellers and fled the bank on foot heading southbound.  The suspect was described as a White male, 35 years old, 5’7” to 5’9” tall, 160 to 180 pounds, dark hair, unshaven with slight mustache / goatee.


On April 8, 2016, at 5:55 p.m., the suspect entered the Chase Bank located at 8001 N. 35th Avenue in Phoenix.  He approached the teller counter which is behind barrier glass and displayed a demand note.  The teller have the suspect currency and walked away from the counter. The suspect was described as a White male, 35 to 45 years old, 5’7” to 5’8” tall, 160 to 180 pounds, light brown hair, brown/grey beard and mustache, and crooked teeth.


On April 8, 2016, at approximately 6:37 p.m., the suspect entered the Mid First Bank located at 7485 W. Cactus Road in Peoria.  He approached the teller counter and displayed a demand note to the teller and also verbally demanded money.  The teller gave the suspect currency who then fled the bank.  The suspect was described as a wWite male, 35 years old, 5’7” to 5’8” tall, 160 to 180 pounds, with light brown hair, brown/grey beard and mustache, and crooked teeth.


On September 7, 2016, at approximately 1620 hours, the suspect entered the Fry’s Grocery store located at 3511 W. Peoria Avenue in Phoenix.  He proceeded to the Alaska Federal Credit Union branch inside and displayed a demand note and threatened to shoot employees if they didn’t comply.  The teller gave the suspect U.S. Currency and he fled the store to the listed vehicle which was parked in the Checksmart parking lot. The suspect was described as a White male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’7” tall, 180 pounds, with dark hair.


On September 28, 2016, at approximately 1735 hours, the suspect entered the 1st Bank located at 1849 W. Glendale Avenue in Phoenix.  He approached the teller counter where an employee told him to remove his sunglasses.  The suspect produced a demand note threatening a gun and demanded all the money.  He was given a known amount of U.S. Currency and he fled the bank and was last seen running southbound.  The suspect was described as a White male, 25 to 30 years old, 5’7” tall, 160 pounds, with short brown hair.
