On October 26, 2015, an unknown male suspect wearing a red devil mask entered the First South Financial Credit Union located at 7166 Winchester Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. Before getting to the teller counter he turned around, left the credit union, and fled on foot. Prior to exiting he removed his mask, revealing part of his face. The unknown suspect was armed with an unidentified type of firearm.

Investigators believe that the aforementioned attempted robbery is related to two previous robberies that occurred at this same First South Financial Credit Union location on November 19, 2014, and February 26, 2015. During these robberies, an unknown male robber wore a red devil mask.  He obtained an undetermined amount of currency on both occasions.
