  • Remarks: The unknown subject was described as a Black male, approximately 5’7” to 5’8”, with a medium complexion and a medium build. He was described as wearing black pants, a brown shirt, a yellow vest, and a white hard hat.


On November 12, 2015, at approximately 9:20 a.m., two male subjects approached the PNC Bank located at 1779 Columbia Road, NW, in Washington, DC.  The first subject entered the bank, presented a note to the victim teller, and demanded money.  The second subject stood outside the bank.  After the first subject obtained an undisclosed amount of money, both subjects fled from the scene on foot. The second subject was last seen leaving the CVS in the 1700 block of Columbia Road, NW.  The FBI is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the second subject. 


The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of this bank robber.
