  • Remarks: The individual was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white t-shirt, a yellow construction-style helmet with letters “ICN” written on it, a white bandage wrapped around his right hand, and a blue visor around his neck.
  • Vehicle Information: A grey or silver vehicle was used to flee the scene.
  • Weapon Used: The individual displayed a handgun.


On Monday, August 31, 2015, at 4:52 p.m., an unknown Black male entered the PNC Bank within the Giant Grocery Store located at 12445 Hedges Run Drive in Woodbridge, Virginia. The individual displayed a handgun and demanded money. Upon receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the individual fled the area in a gray or silver vehicle, unknown make or model.


The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of this bank robber.
