UNKNOWN SERIAL BANK ROBBERS
- Sex: Male
- Vehicle Information: June 26, 2013 - Approximate 2000 GMC Jimmy 4 door, the top of the vehicle was painted red with the lower half grey in color with a tan or beige trim piece that runs the entire length of the vehicle in the middle of the body panel which separates the body colors. Arizona license plate may start with “A”. September 11, 2012 - Newer white Nissan Altima or Maxima with California Plates.
- Weapon Used: Black semi-automatic handguns were used in both robberies.
On June 26, 2013, at approximately 10:32 a.m., two suspects entered the Arizona State Credit Union located at 6501 E. Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale, Arizona, armed with black semi-automatic handguns. They ordered everyone to the floor and escorted the branch manager to the vault where they obtained a large quantity of US Currency. Both suspects fled out of the rear door of the building to the suspect vehicle, described as an approximate 2000 GMC Jimmy 4-door, being driven by a third unknown suspect. The top of the vehicle was painted red with the lower half grey in color with a tan or beige trim piece that runs the entire length of the vehicle in the middle of the body panel which separates the body colors. The Arizona license plate may start with “A”. It is believed the vehicle fled southbound on 66th Street.
Suspect 1 was described as a Black male, 20 to 25 years old, 5’5”, thin build, wearing a black nylon or ski mask over his face, black long-sleeved sweater or shirt, black pants and tennis shoes with white soles, blue or light-colored latex gloves and was carrying a carrying a dark-colored nylon bag.
Suspect 2 was described as a Black male, 25 to 30 years old, 6’1”, 200 to 250 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white logo on the front and back, black pants, white tennis shoes and blue or light-colored latex gloves.
Suspect 3 is unknown and the driver of the listed vehicle.
On September 11, 2012, at approximately 9:46 a.m., two suspects armed with black semi-automatic handguns entered the Arizona State Credit Union. They pointed the weapons at customers and employees and ordered the tellers to open their cash drawers. They obtained a minimal amount of currency because the employees were not allowed to access their computers to dispense any money. The suspects fled in a newer white Nissan Altima or Maxima with California Plates that was being driven by a third unknown suspect.
Suspect 1 was described as a Black male, 20 to 25 years old, 5’7”, thin build, possible facial hair, wearing a grey and black baseball hat with unknown logo on the front and writing on the back with a manufacturer sticker on the brim, long-sleeved navy shirt or sweatshirt, navy or dark shorts past knee length, wearing grey/black gloves, black tennis shoes and was carrying a white plastic bag.
Suspect 2 was described as a Black male, 20 to 25 years old, 6’0" to 6’2”, thin build, wearing a black ski mask, grey or black jacket with a thick white stripe from the shoulder area past the elbow, blue and grey checkered boxers, navy or black pants and white and black tennis shoes.
Suspect 3 was described as a Black male, no further description. Driver of the listed vehicle.
