  • Remarks: The suspect had a light complexion and facial hair. He was wearing a baseball cap, a white t-shirt, long tan shorts, black socks and black sneakers. He was carrying a black backpack.


On March 20, 2014, at approximately 12:15 p.m., the suspect entered the U.S. Bank located at 2060 E. Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe, Arizona, and asked a bank employee for an envelope. After being given the envelope, he proceeded to the check writing stand where he prepared a demand note on a U.S. Bank withdrawal slip.  The suspect proceeded to the station of the victim teller and handed him the demand note.  After the teller failed to comply, the suspect exited the bank and was last seen walking south through the parking lot of Tempe Marketplace.
