DESCRIPTION

  • Height: 6'0" to 6'2"
  • Weight: Approximately 170 to 180 pounds
  • Sex: Male
  • Complexion: Dark
  • Race: Black
  • Age: Approximately 32 to 35 years old
  • Remarks: On July 1, 2013, he wore a black sweater with a collared white shirt underneath, blue jeans, and a fitted black baseball cap with unknown white printing on the front. On July 29, 2013, he wore a red checked long-sleeved shirt and dark-colored flat cap. On October 31, 2013, he wore a black jacket, blue jeans, and a black Chicago White Sox cap. The subject had scraggly facial hair at the time of the robberies; he may also have acne or similar bumps on his face.

CAUTION

At approximately 12:50 p.m. on July 1, 2013, the subject entered the Police and Fire Federal Credit Union branch located at 7604 City Avenue in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia. He handed a teller a threatening demand note, and gestured that he had a gun (though no weapon was physically displayed). After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled on foot and was last seen heading north on City Avenue. He is believed also to be responsible for a robbery at the same PFFCU branch on July 29, 2013, and an attempted robbery at the same branch on October 31, 2013.
