Remarks
The subject wore a distinctive mask described as a "Mexican Day of the Dead" type mask, gloves, a gray/black hooded sweatshirt, and dark pants with white stripes up each leg.
Caution
On December 31, 2018, a masked White male subject entered the Carter Bank & Trust located in the 200 block of West Main Street in Abingdon, Virginia, and approached the victim teller. The subject announced a robbery and that he had a bomb. After the victim teller complied with his demands, the subject fled the bank on foot.
