On January 22, 2025, at 12:55 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the Safeway Grocery Store, 5150 Mae Ann Avenue, Reno, Nevada, and went to the US Bank inside the store. The unknown suspect approached the teller and handed a demand note. The unknown suspect was dressed in a white and black hat, black jacket, light-colored pants and white tennis shoes.
