Caution

On March 6, 2024, at approximately 11:21 a.m., an unknown subject entered the Chase bank located at 3904 Glade Road in Colleyville, Texas. Upon entering, the subject brandished a Glock-style firearm and placed it to an employee’s back. The subject demanded that an exiting customer remain in the store and held them at gunpoint, then escorted multiple people to the teller counter and demanded money from the victim teller. The subject obtained a known amount of U.S. currency and placed it in a plastic bag before fleeing from the scene. The suspect was described as a Black male, 30 to 40 years old, wearing a black ski-mask with eye and mouth holes, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black and white Nike shoes, and gray and black gloves.
