On September 19, 2023, at 3:29 p.m., an unknown suspect attempted to rob the Citibank located at 100 South Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The unknown suspect wore a hooded sweatshirt, a mask, and a black button-down jacket. 

On October 11, 2023, at 3:35 p.m., an unknown suspect attempted to rob the Citibank located at 180 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The unknown suspect wore a black hoodie, dark-gray vest, jeans, and dark shoes. 

On November 7, 2023, at 2:50 p.m., an unknown suspect robbed the Citibank located at 180 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The unknown suspect wore a blue beanie, a red/orange hooded jacket with a blue and yellow zip-up underneath, dark pants, and black and white Nike shoes. 

On December 8, 2023, at 10:10 a.m., an unknown suspect robbed the Citibank located at 539 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The unknown suspect wore a dark beanie, a black puffer jacket with a white Reebok logo on the left chest, and dark pants.

On December 19, 2023, at 1:42 p.m., an unknown suspect attempted to rob the Citibank located at 100 South Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The unknown suspect wore a gray beanie hat, dark puffy coat with a blue or purple interior, jeans, and black and white shoes.
