On August 15, 2023, at approximately 1:45 p.m., an unknown suspect robbed the PNC Bank located at 850 Summit Street in Elgin, Illinois. The unknown suspect wore a black baseball cap, sunglasses, black mask, a black t-shirt, a high visibility vest, dark color pants and had long dreadlocks.
